Delivery, sales tax and final invoice
At the full asking price, seller-selected standard shipping or commercial freight delivery within the contiguous United States is included. Freight delivery requires a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, expedited service, special handling and testing are additional. Shipping terms for an accepted offer below asking price will be confirmed before purchase. Applicable sales tax is additional and will be shown separately on the final invoice.
Provide the complete delivery address and access requirements, or confirm local pickup, when requesting an invoice. If you claim a resale or other tax exemption, provide a valid exemption certificate for review before payment. A business purchase is not automatically tax-exempt.
Payment methods
Bank wire transfer is required for freight shipments, higher-value machinery and direct sales over $2,500. Credit or debit card is accepted through an authorized Copper Holler Surplus, LLC invoice for direct sales under $2,500, or by chip or tap at local pickup. Cash is accepted at appointment-only local pickup.
Marketplace purchases must be completed through the marketplace's required checkout. Items are released or shipped only after payment is confirmed. Checks, money orders, peer-to-peer payment apps and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
Condition
New old stock; three units in wooden shipping crates; all three units have now been photographed and appear unused. Original gaskets and Chromalox TM-series instructions are present in the newly photographed crates. Exact matching nameplate data still needs to be confirmed on each unit.

Continuity and insulation-resistance testing can be arranged through a qualified electrical contractor at the prospective buyer's expense. Unless specific results are documented on this page, the item remains untested by Copper Holler Surplus, LLC. No powered, destructive, pressure or load testing will be performed without advance agreement.
